Online Equipment leasing company LeaseLoan.com Launches

Truckee, Calif -- LeaseLoan, a provider of business equipment
leasing announced the launch of its site. The site puts
online the company's off-line capability to offer guaranteed
equipment leasing approval to over 98% of all businesses.
Unlike online equipment leasing sites offering a referral
source to providers of capital, LeaseLoan, through its
unique technology directly underwrites leases and provides
end-to-end documentation online. The Company is backed
by the San Francisco office of EnterVentures, the
international business accelerator. LeaseLoan.com has
also opened a Series A investment round that will fund
further development and expansion of its services.
B2B Marketplace Media Group line56 Secures $4 million

LOS ANGELES -- line56, an online and print publisher
focused on business-to-business e-commerce, said
it raised $4-million in a first-round financing
led by EnterVentures (www.enterventures.com) and
Argos, a Swiss investment group. The company said
its magazine, line56, is scheduled for publication
July 1, and that Adrian Mello, former editor-in-chief
of Upside, has joined the company as editor-in-chief.
The company's Web site is in launch phase.
EnterVentures and VC Mentors Join Forces to Launch New $100 Million Fund

PALO ALTO, Calif. -- EnterVentures, a venture capital
firm and Internet business accelerator, said it
joined with incubator and IPO advisor VC Mentors
to form the Accelerated Growth Partners I venture fund.
The new fund is expected to close within 3-4 weeks for
$100 million. The new fund will specialize in early
stage and high growth companies working in the Internet
and communications industries in the U.S. and in
the Asia Pacific region.
